*Registered as a qualified invoice issuing business *All-you-can-drink service has started. (2 hours) (Rare) We handle Obuse wine. We are also particular about the rice we use, moshio rice.We are not an Oki beef specialty store. We are a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant specializing in A5 grade Kuroge Wagyu beef. |

Is Yakiniku (Grilled meat) okay? My best friend, who is like an older brother, brought me to Okideli, which is located in a convenient location about a 2-minute walk from Ningyocho. It looks like a chain restaurant from the outside, but when you walk in, it doesn't have a particularly high-class feel, and it feels more like a local Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant. After meeting up, we ordered bean sprouts, seasonal namul, assorted kimchi, pancakes, grilled yukhoe, and Korean seaweed as a pre-meat feast. I got away with it quite a bit in the first half. I haven't been interested in Yakiniku (Grilled meat) for a long time, so I haven't yet gotten to grips with the price and quality of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants, but the pricing seems reasonable. The seasonal namul is made with cod sprouts and vermicelli, and I can say that it was by far the most delicious namul I've ever eaten in my life. It was so delicious that it surpassed the realm of namul, and I almost finished it by myself. The saltiness, the starch quality of the vermicelli, the spring scent of the wild vegetables, and the gentle acrid taste are irresistible, and I'm adding it to my list of challenges to try at home. On the other hand, the bujimi is a bland dish of non-vegetables and just flour topped with cheese, so the 1,050 yen price is not worth it. The kimchi platter seems to include seasonal ingredients, so this time it was celery. This is also delicious and will be a good companion to rice. Like Namul, I almost ate it all by myself. LOL For the meat, start with the thickly-sliced upper tongue. It wasn't as juicy as I had imagined, but the slits were crisp and easy to eat, and I finished it in no time. White squid dried overnight. This is like samgyeopsal, which is ultimately eaten in pieces, but the thickness and quantity are reasonable for the price, and even though it's today's recommendation, it's still a little salty from both the appearance and taste standpoints. yeah. There are 3 types of lean meat: kamenoko, kainomi, and shinshin. All of these are exquisite and refreshing, yet moist and tender like sirloin. In our restaurant's meat department, we found red meat to be the highlight. So, I added the idea of having thinly sliced tongue, but considering the cost performance of Uguisudanien, I'm not sure what to do considering the limited memory I have. In the end, we had potato salad, gomtang soup, Cold Noodles, Onigiri, and 4 shots. Potato salad is an adult salad with yellowtail in it, and although it is no longer rare these days, it still has a fun and delicious texture. The gomtang soup is light and very easy to drink. It will disappear in an instant. Cold Noodles are made with a gentle soup stock and are delicious, but there is nothing shocking about them. The last big Onigiri is filled with pickled plums. It's probably a good seaweed, but I personally prefer crispy seaweed for Onigiri, so I felt that the rock nori was a bit of a mismatch. In short, it's easy to make reservations and the lean meat is delicious. When you were a student, there was a culture-oriented girl in your class who could do just about anything, right? That's the impression I get. Thank you for the meal.
