馬喰横山にあるマウンテンビルの地下のサブロード内にお店はあります。
【店舗、店内】
お店に入りますと、テーブル席が並んでいます。
左手奥には個室風の円卓がある部屋もあります。奥が厨房になっています。
【料理】
ランチメニューが豊富です。
お安いのは\700から、\800のもの、日替わり系のメニューは\850でしたね。
\800のメニューの中から、鶏肉の唐辛子炒め\800をお願いしました。
程なくして、鶏肉の唐辛子炒めの登場です。
メニューの写真よりは劣りますが、鶏肉の唐辛子炒め、サラダ、ご飯、スープ、杏仁豆腐で定食内容です。ザーサイはテーブル席に置いてあります。
ご飯とスープはお代わり無料とのこと。
早速、鶏肉の唐辛子炒めを食べていきます。
鶏肉はサイコロ状に細かく刻んだものに衣を付けて揚げています。
見た目は居酒屋チェーンに必ずある鳥ナンコツの唐揚げにそっくりですね。
そこに、ねぎと玉ねぎと唐辛子が何本も入っています。
味付けとしては、弱いかなぁ。
当然、唐辛子がたくさん入っているので辛いことは辛いのですが、
ベースの味が弱すぎて、ただ辛い鳥ナンコツ風唐揚げを食べているということになります。
また、鶏肉が細かくて、お箸だと食べづらいですね。
これは目の前のお客さんが鶏肉とカシューナッツ炒めを頼んでいて、それも同じくらいのサイズの鶏肉でしたので、こういう料理だとスプーンの方が食べやすいと思います。
スープはお馴染みの溶き卵のとろみがついたスープ。
こちらも味が薄いかな～。今日だけたまたまなんでしょうかね？

お茶がポットでテーブルに置かれています。
また食後にホットコーヒーのサービス(セルフ)があります。
