2023年7月10日、外出の中、11:45頃、小伝馬町ですので、田そばに行こうかと思っていましたが、店外で並んでいましたので諦めて近くの小諸そばに。
時間的にまだ、少し早いからか、まだ、店舗内の収容は余裕がありそうでした。
かき揚げそば・うどん460円のチケットを購入し、厨房に渡します。しかし、チェーン店でかき揚げそばが460円というのは安い方だと思います。
直ぐに出来上がり空いた奥の席に移動。刻み葱と、柚七味をかけて頂きます。
小諸そばの細い蕎麦はお気に入りで、そんなに国内汁とよく合っています。よそって頂いていた時に若芽かと思っていましたが、見た目ほうれん草ですが、食べると、モロヘイヤか？滑りが有ります。
かき揚げもカラッとしており、全般的にまとまりは良いです。
美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
