人形町交差点そばにある「とりいちず 人形町店」
㈱FS.shakeが手がけるFC展開店で関東一円にかなりの店舗数があります
リーズナブルな価格で水炊きや焼き鳥を提供しているようですが完全未訪
チェーン居酒屋には一切行かないのでこの手のお店はホントにわかりません
でも「鶏パイタン麺」の文字が目に飛びこんだのでついつい(^_^;)
この場所はここ数年で何店も店が入れ替わっている場所です
地下1Fは別に良いのですがエレベーターしか使えないのがホントに不便
昼時にはエレベーター前にプチ行列が出来るほど
非常階段とかはあるのでしょうが普段は使えないようにしているんでしょうね
チキン南蛮定食５００円・ネギ塩ダレ唐揚定食５５０円など人形町では格安ランチを提供
でも麺類は６００円～７９０円とやや割高 何ででしょうね？

ライスとおしんこはランチサービス♪
きれいな乳白色は鶏パイタンのお家芸
これじゃないと白湯とは言えません
具は刻みネギと鶏ムネ肉に白ゴマといたってシンプル
スープは見た目よりもサラッとしています
良く言えばクドくない 悪く言えば旨みが弱い かなり化調で調整している味でもある
決して不味いとかではありませんがチェーン店の万人受けするまとめ方
まぁそれはそれでアリだとは思います
麺はスクエアな多加水麺
旨辛パイタン麺には合いそうな感じがしますが このスープとの相性はいまひとつ
鶏料理店だけあったムネ肉はしっとりしていて上出来です
このメニューは恐らくランチタイム用で夜は無いと思いますので念のため
