週末の夜、旦那くんの希望で人形町にある焼き鳥居酒屋へ。
「水炊き・焼き鳥とりいちず人形町店」
都内を中心とした水炊きと焼き鳥をメインとしたチェーン居酒屋店。
人形町駅からすぐのビルに入っており、日曜の20時過ぎと、我が家にとっては結構遅い時間に入店。
店内は家族連れも含め、お一人様から仕事帰りと思われるグループやカップルなど様々。
個室などはないようで、気楽に飲み食いする雰囲気。
今時どこも当たり前なのか注文は全てタブレットで。
まずは迫力あるどでかサイズで乾杯〜！

店員さん曰く、どでかサイズは通常サイズの3倍量あるんだとか。
■「秘伝 かわ串(5本)＠350(税込)」
甘辛いタレが染み込んだパリパリとした食感の鶏皮。
おやつみたいで1人で軽く5本くらいはぺろりといけちゃいそう。
卓上に置かれている一味と「秘伝のスパイシー粉」。
鶏皮や焼き鳥などに好みでフリフリ。
「秘伝のスパイシー粉」はほんのり八角の香りがして辛さはあまりなし。
■「焼き鳥おまかせ6本盛り ＠799(税込)」
ハツ、もも、レバー。ねぎ間、せせりなどの盛り合わせ。
可も不可もなくといったレベル。
■「野菜串(2本)＠298(税込)」
味はほぼついてないので、焼き鳥のタレなどに絡めて。
■「月見つくね ＠399(税込)」
甘めのこってりとしたタレが絡んだつくねはしっかりめの食感。
黄身を絡めればまろやかな美味しさ。

プルプルコラーゲン状のスープと具材が運ばれてきた！
2人前だとなかなかの食べ応え。
たっぷりの野菜と鶏肉、鶏つくねがごろごろ。
白濁したスープは鶏出汁が出ているんだろうけれど、薄味でコクはあまりないかな。

鍋の〆は麺と悩み、娘っ子の希望でおじやにすることに。

スープを余すことなく味わいかなり満腹〜
お腹いっぱいながら、「伝説の手羽唐」のメニュー名につられ注文。
■「伝説の手羽唐チキンボーン ＠295(税込)」
卓上に置かれていた「秘伝のスパイシー粉」が絡んでいるので、やや独特な風味で、かなりカリカリに揚がっている。
お値段もお手頃で、若い人が仲間とワイワイしたりするには良いけれど、やはり居酒屋ということで周りではタバコを吸っている人もいたし(我々のリサーチ不足)子連れには不向きだったかな。
