人形町交差点を小伝馬町方面に歩いて15秒くらい、左側のオフィスビルの地下にテナントとして入居している『水炊き・焼き鳥 とりいちず 人形町店』。知人と久々の会食です。
店内は二人掛けのテーブル席が多数を占めており、窓が無い分、少々圧迫感がありますが、奥行きもあり想像していたより広々とした印象です。
4人掛けに陣取り、早速タッチパネルでオーダーしたのは、

「むね肉串焼き」

「ねぎ串焼き」

にアルコール飲料などなど。
アルコール類は300円台が中心で人形町界隈としてはリーズナブル。典型的なワンオペでしたが、注文した品は余り待たされることも無く、割と早く出てきてましたね。オペレーションシステムは整っていそうです。
頂いたメニューはどれも悪くない印象。中でも「手羽唐ボーン」は手羽先を二つに割って骨を一本にしたものなので非常に食べやすく、バーベキューソースが練り込んであり、ビールにベストマッチでした。
「鶏の唐揚げ」は竜田揚げに近い出来映えで、サックリでジューシー。脂も少ないのでサッパリと頂けます。その他の串焼き類もそれぞれボリューム感があり、1本を二人で分けてもいいくらい。価格の割にお得感がありましたね。
今回は季節的に頼みませんでしたが、お店自慢の水炊き鍋も一人前¥999から注文でき、大変美味しそうでしたので、次回チャレンジしたいと思います。
