【場所】
人形町交差点から金座通りを三越前方面に進みます。
少し進むと、右手にお店はあります。
【店舗、店内】
お店に入ると、細長く、右手は厨房でその前がカウンター席になっています。
2階席もあるようです。
【料理】
ランチ時にお店の前を通りましたら、ランチ営業をされていましたので、吸い込まれました。
ランチメニューは、
〇桜ねぎとろ丼 \890

〇牛ももローストビーフ丼 \1000

こちらのねぎとろや鉄火は鮪のことではなく、桜肉、つまり馬肉の事を指しています。
桜ねぎとろ丼 \890をお願いしました。
程なくして、桜ねぎとろ丼の登場です。
桶に入った桜ねぎとろ丼。ガリと玉子焼きも添えられています。
馬肉の端材を集めて叩いて、その中にアブラ刺しを入れたものだと思われます。
アブラ刺しは所謂馬肉のタテガミの部分のコウネではなく、馬肉の処理の際に出る脂身を集めて固めた加工品のことです。
単品では刺身等には不向きではありますが、このようなねぎとろの中に混ぜるのであれば、違和感がありませんね。また、メンチカツ、コロッケなどの中にも入れるとジューシーさが増すと思います。
馬肉のねぎとろは適度な甘みもあり、美味しいと思います。
また、牛汁も生姜風味で野菜がゴロゴロ入っており、こちらも美味しいです。

お茶が出てきます。

厨房に男性1名とホールの男性1名の2名体制でした。
昼から生肉を食べられるのお店はそうそうありませんよね。
人形町ランチにおいてもこちらのお店は候補に入りそうです。
