昨日は空振りを喫したけれど、今日こそはと思ってお昼時にやって来たのは人形町にあるその名も「肉寿司」というお店
ありがたいことに、今日は“肉握り中“とあるから、何事もなく営業しているようでなによりです
店内に入って、アクリル板で仕切られたカウンター席に着き、私がオーダーしたのは、あらかじめこれと決めていた「肉ちらし(1,000円)」
肉を魚に見立てて寿司にするお店は、これまで何軒か目にしたことがあるし、なんならローストビーフ丼あたりをお目当てに入ったこともあるけれど、実際に肉を魚に見立てたメニューをいただくのはこれが初めてじゃないかな
参考までにと夜の部のメニューに目を通していると、まず配されたのがサラダ
いただいてみれば、これが焼肉屋さん風でいきなり美味しいのにちょっと驚きました
ちなみに、使い捨てではない箸の先を包んだこちらの箸袋は、オリジナルのおみくじになっているのがまた楽しいところで、私が引いたのは“大吉“
あくまでお遊びで、ご利益なんてないとわかっていても、悪い気はしないものだけれど、ひょっとすると、これ、どれを引いても“大吉“だったりするのかもしれませんがね（笑）
で、ややあって味噌汁とともにやってきた「肉ちらし」
玉子焼き一切れと、飾りにあしらわれたイクラ、ガリ、大葉以外はいずれも肉だとして、海鮮ちらしの白身魚と同様に、ネタは何が何やらといったところだけれど、いただいてみれば、海鮮ネタのチラシに負けないくらいに美味い
添えられた汁物がシジミの味噌汁というのも、ちらし寿司見立てのこの丼にはぴったりきます
なるほど、これが「肉ちらし」ですか
焼いた肉だと、ガッツリヘビーなものをいただいた感じになるけれど、こういう肉刺しなら、なんとなくヘルシーで罪悪感がない気がするな
