再びの人形町の夜。
前回の笹新さんも非常に良かったのですが、
今回はモダンなこちらに来てみました。
平日の5時過ぎに訪問、先客はいませんでした。
一人カウンターにてのんびりと始めます。
1階は立ち飲みでございます。
本日の利酒セット。
加茂金秀、ちえびじん、三千桜。
アテはひじきと黒トリュフのポテトサラダ。
追加で、お勧めされた白レバーのマリネ 生姜風味。
洋風で洒落たおつまみですが、意外と日本酒と合う。
夏酒に合います。
追加の日本酒は神の井と、瑞鷹。
日本酒に合わせるフレンチビストロも良いですね。
