斜向かいのフレンチビストロ、イレール人形町の姉妹店。オーナーシェフの島田哲也さんの日本酒好きが高じて作られた日本酒バー。いくつかテーブル席もあるが、立ち飲み席が基本。
女将さんは日替わりで登場するそうで、提供される日本酒も、店の雰囲気も女将さんによって日替わり。一人飲みの常連さんが多い。
ワンコインから銘酒が楽しめ、利酒セットは3種類飲み比べができて1100円。
杜氏さんとのコネクションもかなりあるようで、店内には色んな酒蔵の杜氏さんが来店した際のサインがびっしり。
立ち飲みながらも、日本酒の品揃えは日本酒を売りにする居酒屋以上にいい。
酒肴は、フレンチの姉妹店ということもあり、ごぼうの赤ワインきんぴらなど、一口サイズながらもフレンチ香るメニューで独特。
トワビス(3bis)とはフランス語で、隣の3坪の意。イレール人形町からみて、隣の3坪ということらしい。
