この日はラボメンバーとの飲み会にこちらの「肉十八番屋」さんを利用させていただきました。
人形町駅徒歩1分。
落ち着いたオフィス街の一角にお店はあります。
土曜の夜18時ごろでしたが運よく席の空きがあり案内していただきました。
注文はQRコードを読み取ってもらって注文する形式。
好きな時に気兼ねなく注文できるのがいいですね。
こちらのお店の見どころは「神泡達人店」に任命されているところです。
その名の通り、すごく美味しいビールを入れるお店としてプレミアムモルツから認定されています。
飲んでみて、その違いは歴然！！
泡のキメの細かさが非常にまろやか。
本当にクリーミーで美味しい。

＊ポテトサラダ
ポテトサラダに赤いスパイスがかかっています。
ごろッとしたタイプのポテトサラダではなく、クリーミーなタイプ。
たまに感じるスパイスがアクセントとなって美味しいです。
＊牛すじ煮込み
トロトロに煮込まれた牛筋煮込みです。
筋であることを感じさせないほど柔らかく、食べると口の中でほろほろと崩れます。
＊馬刺し3種盛り
熊本から直送の馬刺し3種盛りです。
この日は赤身、コウネ（たてがみの部分）、フタエゴ（おなかの部分）でした。
赤身は、お肉らしい味わいを感じますがその他の2つは食べてみてびっくりします。
非常に脂身が甘くて濃厚。
馬ってこんなに美味しかったのか。と驚愕しました。
馬刺し専用の甘めの醤油の味わいも相まって、非常に絶品でした。
＊牛レアかつ
中がレアの牛かつです。
牛かつは硬いイメージがあったのですが、こちらのお店のかつは非常に柔らかい！
オーストラリア産の牛だそうで、憎々しさも感じます。
＊牛たたき
特製ソースがかかった牛のたたきです。
ローストビーフより少し厚めの牛のたたきに、このオレンジのソースがよく合います。
このソース何が使われているのかすごく気になります。
牛との相性抜群でした。
＊気まぐれピザ
この日は鶏の照り焼きピザでした。
甘辛いたれが食欲をそそります。
生地もモチモチで食べやすく、お酒のつまみにちょうどよかったです。
＊アンガス牛たん
高級牛であるアンガス牛の牛タンです。
一切れ一切れが非常に分厚い！
ですが、柔らかくて衝撃を受けます。
肉の色身も均一で非常に上質なお肉でした。
お酒も神泡達人認定されているだけあって非常に美味しく、料理も普通の居酒屋さんよりワンランク上の味わいが楽しめました。
お値段自体は非常にお手頃なものだったので、皆さんも是非一度神泡ビールを飲みに足を運んでみて下さい。
