友人が選んでくれたこちらのお店で、
ガッツリお肉を食べてきました！！
人形町駅近くにあるお店。
休日は静かなので穴場かもしれません！
店内は落ち着いた照明でカジュアルな雰囲気です。
気取らず楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。
注文したのは、
・肉十八番屋サラダ 890円
・明太チーズ玉子焼き 680円
・馬刺し3種盛り合わせ
（赤身、コウネ、フタエゴ） 2,280円
・牛レアカツ 1,080円
・黒毛和牛レアハラミステーキ 1,480円
・炭焼塊肉おまかせ5種盛り
（牛ミスジ、桜姫どり、炭火豚肩ロース、ベーコン、ソーセージ） 3,280円
豊富なお肉のメニューはどれも美味しそうだったので、肉づくしで注文してみました！！！
お肉自体が美味しいから、ステーキでも炭火焼きでも揚げても全部美味しかったです。
ジューシーなので、お酒との相性も抜群！
食事もお酒も進んじゃいました！！
◎明太チーズ玉子焼き
たまごは固めに巻かれています。
中は柔らかくて熱々！
自家製のベシャメルソースがクリーミーかつ濃厚で美味しかったです。
◎馬刺し3種盛り合わせ
この日は赤身、コウネ、フタエゴ。
ひと口食べて新鮮さが分かります！
どれも柔らかくて旨みがしっかりのってて美味しかったです。
個人的には赤身が濃厚な赤身が好きでした！
◎牛レアカツ
衣が薄くてカラッと揚がっています。
外はサックリ、中は柔らかくてぷるんとしています。
ミスジの良い部分らしく、噛むほど甘みが広がってとっても美味しい！！
お塩で食べると濃厚な旨みと油が引き立って、
ソースで食べると白米が欲しくなっちゃいます。
◎黒毛和牛レアステーキ
この日は長崎県ハラミ。香ばしくて肉々しい。
弾力があるけど柔らかくて歯切れが良かったです。
噛むほど甘み旨みが溢れました！！
◎炭焼塊肉おまかせ5種盛り
牛ミスジ、桜姫どり、炭火豚肩ロース、ベーコン、ソーセージがのっていて、
想像以上のボリュームでした！！！
ミスジは弾力があって肉々しい。
噛むほど濃厚な味わいが広がります。
自家製オニオンソースがクセになります！
姫どりはぷりっぷりでジューシー。
さらっとした脂が滴り落ちてきます！
コクある柚子味噌が合いました！
豚肩ロースは柔らかくてぷりぷり。
甘みある脂がのっているけど、後味は上品。
ソーセージはパリッ、サクッとした食感が心地良い！チョリソーやソーセージなどバリエーション豊富なのも嬉しかったです。
ベーコンはジューシーで旨みが濃厚！！
どれも旨みたっぷりでお酒が進んじゃいました。
様々なお肉が味わえるカジュアルな居酒屋さん。
どのお肉もジューシーで、お酒がピッタリでした！！
