普段の５割とまでは言いませんが、かなりお得な料金設定となっている平日ランチ。
今回、親しい人のお誕生日祝で遣わせていただきました。
前菜、選べるパスタ、デザートに、
乾杯スパークリングと食後のドリンクも付きます。
2,980円です。びっくりです。
この日の前菜は、北海道の黒クエをプリットして、
ハーブなどの緑の野菜とサラダ風に。
柑橘系のソース、カラスミのパウダー、
細かいところにこだわりを感じます。
パスタは二種類で、連れはイカのスパゲティ、
こちらはふきのとうの苦味も少し加わり、春の香り。
わたしはラグーソースのファルファッレを。
お肉がたっぷりで深い味わいでした。
デザートは、予約の際に連れがお誕生日だということをちらりと言っておいただけて、
とても素敵なプレートをご用意くださいました。
柑橘類が中心のデザートで、お口の中がさっぱりしましたし、
夜は夜で甘いケーキの予定だったのでちょうどよかったです。
パンもオリーブオイルも、全て全て、美味しうございました。
接客も完璧でした。
連れもとても喜んでくれました。
