入口脇の看板に 塩ラーメン ホタテたっぷり出汁 に目が行き、味噌では無く塩にトライ。
ランチタイムは味玉or ライスのサービス有り、ライスをお願いしました。
１０分かからず丼到着。表面胡麻が散ってます。スープひと口、(?_?)ホタテが行方不明です。風味を感じる事できずです。味覚音痴なのかも知れません。香味油多く若干ギトギトです。麺はプルンプルンで個人的には好みですが。。。やはり味噌が無難でしょう。
本日も完食。ごちそうさまでした。
