もつ焼きでシメにあり付けず、ホテルへの帰り道にラーメン屋を発見。北海道ラーメン＝味噌かと思っていたら、勤務経験のある同僚から札幌、旭川、函館とそれぞれ違うとの説明。なるほど、だけど北海道くらいでしょ？と思いながらも私は味噌。
赤味噌ラーメン750円。3月に入ったものの、前日暖かった反動で当日は寒く、身体の芯から温まりました。ご馳走様でした。
最近豚骨や塩を頂きましたが、味噌美味いなぁ。愛知県人だから味噌好きですが、八丁味噌使ったラーメンって、あるのかな？
