9月28日はちょっとした記念日
ご一緒していただける方が在宅勤務日なので至近のお店選び。
東日本橋『cillic（チリック）』
実は昨年12月ランチタイムにお伺いしようと思っていたら…
仮予約が入っていてトケない（業界用語）ので予約がOKとならずに今日に至りました
コレを観てしまったので勝手に期待値を爆上げしてしまい
今回は『食ペ口ク”』からオンライン予約
2名からだと何故か18:30～しか予約できずに
※因みに3名だと19:00～予約ができました
17:45業務終了なのでできれば19:00から予約したかったのですがそういうルールなので従うしかありません。
そんなわけなので可及的速やかに退社し東日本橋に向かいます。
外観の写真撮影をしていると「どうぞ」と扉を開けて招き入れてくれました（笑）
そりゃあそうだ
♀️そして奥のテーブル席に案内され…
「お好きな所へどうぞ」と言われても…困ります（笑）

ごちそうさまでした
さてプロフェッショナルとしての矜持はあったのだろうか？
メニューにあるものは全部出すが基本
出せないものは注文が入る前にお詫びと案内をする
そもそもオープン前のミーティングはなかったのか？
・きょう供せないメニュー
・きょう絶対食べてもらいたい逸品
旅館の仲居でもこれは基本の「き」喜田の「き」です。
プロフェッショナルは仕事をこなしちゃダメだよ
