サウナの後に行きました！
お店は1階に構えてて、外からも圧倒的に良い雰囲気が出ています。
おしゃれな店！って感じだと思います♪
席に着き、ビールで乾杯。
IPAが充実しているので、好きな人は色々頼めていいと思います！
一緒に運ばれてくる麦芽？が適度なおつまみとして活躍してくれます。
最初の料理は、ビーガンシーザーサラダ。
塩昆布とお野菜のバランスが絶妙で、
しょっぱくないけど、ちょうどいい塩加減。
口もさっぱりするし、お漬物みたいな感じでも食べれるし
最初の一品としておすすめです。
続いて白モツのトマト煮
まず、アッツアツなので気を付けて下さい笑
思ってるよりさらに熱いです(^_^;)
モツの方はプリプリですし、噛み切れないみたいな事もなく
美味しいです。
トリッパよりスープの方はサラサラなので、
バケットも合わせて頼んで食べた方が良いかと思いますね！
続いて、空芯菜
見た目は、広島で食べたウニホーレンみたいな感じ。
味はあっさり系。
ガツンという味付けではないので、
そういうの求めてる人にはちょっと物足りないかもしれないけど、
個人的には胃もたれしないので、
いい感じかなって思ってます^_^
最後にロッシーニ
贅沢の一言！ヒレ肉は、柔らかくて少し大きめにカットしても気にならずに食べれます。
フォアグラとソースどの相性も言うことなし。
肉の旨味がじわーっと出てきて、フォアグラがとろーーっととろけてきて、ソースが甘く絡んできます♪
数量限定なので、早めに頼むことをおすすめします！
店内は品よく、おしゃれで、カウンターからテーブル席、ビッグテーブルもあり、色んな人と楽しめるお店だと思います！
店員さん達もにこやかで、最高でした！
