ここはクラフトビールが楽しめるのはもちろん、
料理も綺麗で素敵なお店でした。クラフトビールはサイズが選べるので、少しずつ楽しむこともできます。デザートまで映えてて美味しかったです。店内も綺麗で、店員さんも丁寧で居心地の
良い場所でした。

Even the dessert was photogenic and delicious.
The interior was clean, the staff were polite and it was a comfortable place.

まず見た目から絶対に美味しいと分かる1品。
2人では十分なくらいの大きさのピザが登場。
プロシュート、卵、トリュフ等の味わいが口に入れた瞬間広がり、贅沢な味わいで、美味しかったです。

パスタを混ぜていると、ウニの風味が香ってきました。ウニの味もしながら、クリーム感強めで、
とても美味しかった。このパスタも頼むべき1品です。
▪️ 三崎港のカルパッチョ 1280円
分厚めの魚達がカルパッチョで登場。歯応えも
感じられて、お皿もお洒落な感じで、美味しかったです。
▪️ マスカルポーネチーズといちごのサラダ 1000円
苺の酸味とマスカルポーネチーズの甘味が合わさって、絶妙に美味しい。口の中を爽やかにしてくれて、デザートや前菜として食べるのにどちらでもいけそうな感じです。
▪️ 自家製プディング 727円 アイスダブル ＋200円
贅沢にアイスダブルにしました。プリン自体がけっこう大きいので、アイス2個も乗せたら、だいぶボリュームがありました。カラメルの甘い感じとアイスを一緒に食べるとデザートとして最適な1品です。
▪️抹茶ティラミス 582円
見た目が升に入ってて、可愛い感じです。上の抹茶パウダーの下にはクリームがたくさん入っていました。メープルシロップみたいな味も感じれて、抹茶ではありますが、甘さ強めのデザートでした。
▪️ NIHONBASHI IPA

ビアグラスからこぼれ出たのが升に入って登場。
日本酒みたいな提供の仕方だなと思いました。
ヒノキの香りを感じられるのもいいですね。

サイズが選べるので、今回はSサイズを頼み、
何種類か楽しみました。どれも味わいが違いました。飲んだ中でビールが苦手な方でも飲みやすいのは、ケルンレモンとバナナーニャだと思います。どちらも香りであったり、甘さを感じられるので、美味しくいただけます。
