全国数百件のトンカツ屋さんを食べ歩き、もういいかなって2年前に感じて、新規に伺うのは止めていたのですが、百名店で、唯一行ってなかったかつ好さん！ずっと気になっていました。今回映画オッペンハイマーを観るには日本橋がよいなと。じゃあ、気になっていたかつ好さん！と。ロースとヒレを頼みました。いやぁ驚いた！何だこの旨さは！都内の、百名店のお気に入りの店は、どこも数十回通っているが、そのほとんどの店を凌駕する旨さ！三本指に入る旨さ！肉の旨味とカラット揚がった衣が絶妙！揚げすぎると肉の旨味が死滅するし、低温過ぎると、衣がべちゃっとしちゃうし！との職人さんに聞いても此処が一番難しいっていう箇所が完璧！いやぁ旨い！接客も素晴らしい！久々に大感激しました。スゴーい美味しかった！
