After eating Himeji Oden, we wandered to this restaurant while enjoying the night breeze. The location is on the second floor of Taiheizan Sake Brewery, heading towards Nihonbashi from the Ningyocho intersection. The inside of the store was lined with phalaenopsis orchids, probably because it had only been open for a few days. A TV monitor is placed in the most conspicuous part of the store, and a chart is displayed on the screen. Although it has an atmosphere for drinking alcohol, it is a very mysterious space. This time I received "Heineken". Kirit is delicious because it is well chilled. Otoshi is 800 yen including charge. The dried grapes with branches were quite good. I think the woman at the counter said they don't shake shakers, it's such an interesting bar. Or rather, it feels more like a lounge than a bar. It's an interesting shop. The price is not expensive either. It's a store I'd like to come back to if I have the chance.
