【人形町】焼きとん屋さんがオープン
さて、今日のランチはどこで食べようかなっと♪
いつのもごとく、人形町の町をお昼時にぶらぶらしておりました。
ちょうど道端に笹の葉があったので、パンダだけにどれが美味しそうか選別しておりましたら、背後から声を掛けられました。
「パ、パンダさん(実際にはか、かわかみさん)！？」、振り返るとそこには新進気鋭の人形町レビュアーのランチ開拓部長殿がおられるではありませんか。
完全に背後を取られてしまいました、これじゃ私はゴルゴ１３には到底なれませんね。
お話をお聞きすると先日オープンした豚一さんにランチをしてきた帰りとのこと。
ああ、また部長に新店を先越されちゃう。てなわけで私もいそいそと豚一さんに行ってまいりました。
部長、そのうちオフ会やりましょうね。
【場所】
甘酒横丁交差点から人形町通りを南下(水天宮前交差点方面)します。
右手に今半の惣菜店がありますので、そこを右に曲がります。甘味処の初音さんを目印に。
すると右手にお店はあります。神田 もつ焼センター えんさんの二号店という位置づけです。

この神田のえんさんですが、今は神田バル横丁になりましたが、以前は神田ミートセンターという複数店舗が入った飲食店街があり、オーナー様はそこの2階の店舗をやっておられたこともありました。
人形町のもつ焼きと言えば、やきとん ひょっとこさんをはじめ、カミヤ 人形町本店さん、焼き鳥 十五さんなど人気店が目白押しですが、頑張ってほしいですね。
【店舗、店内】
細長い店内です。1階は入口すぐに厨房がありまして、その前がカウンター席です。
奥にはテーブル席があり、2階と地下も座席があるとのこと。2階は和の造りをした店内だそうです。
【料理】
ランチのメニューは、

自家製ソースの生姜焼き定食\780

今週の魚定食(鯖の塩焼き)\780 となっております。
ランチ開拓部長殿が炭火やきとん重を召し上がられたとのことで同じものではつまらないので、生姜焼き定食\780を注文しました。
先に、小鉢が2つ出てきます。冷ややっこと切り干し大根でした。
程なくして、生姜焼きとご飯とお吸い物が出てきました。
ご飯は麦飯でしょうか。体に良さそうです。
生姜焼きはやや玉ねぎが多め。ご飯との相性は最高ですね。
お吸い物は大根、キノコなどが入ったあっさり優しい味です。

サンドイッチパーラー松村さんのはす向かいにある もつ焼豚一 さん。
オープン時に伺ったことがありますが、それ以来の訪問になりました。
注文したのは、もつカレー \800にとんかつトッピング\200 で計\1000。
とんかつを揚げるので少々時間が掛かります。
もつがたっぷり入ったカレーにとんかつが乗っています。
ご飯は麦ごはんですね。
小鉢も２つ、切り干し大根とひじき煮がついています。
サラダとお味噌汁も付いてきて、ボリュームがありますね。
さて、もつカレーですが、もつ好きには堪らないカレーですね。
