甘酒横丁交差点から水天宮交差点に向かう途中、右折して一本横道に入るとすぐ見えてきます。間口の幅は狭いですが、のぼりが出ているのでそれを目印にすると気づきやすいです。
金曜の夕方６時５分。近くの飲み会の場所まで20分程度時間が空き、一杯だけの時間つぶしのつもりでふらっと入りました。
店内は細長く、入口近くに細長いカウンターと、奥にはテーブルがあるようです。早い時間帯とあって先客は１人。
カウンターに座って注文したのはブラックニッカハイボール（390円税別）と、かしら（150円）、テッポウ（150円）。背中越しの焼き場で女性の方がすぐに焼き始めます。
かしらはジューシー。テッポウはカリカリとふっくらが両立し、絶妙の焼き加減。聞くとオーナーは大手もつ焼きチェーン出身とのことでした。時間の関係でこの日はすぐに店を出ましたが、さらに追加したい気分でした。
合計750円。普通に入るのはもちろん、お通しがないとあって、ちょい飲みにも最適なお店でした。もつ焼き好きは、人形町で中途半端な時間が空いたとき、知っていると重宝しそうです。
