I didn't want to do anything on Saturday evening and wanted to drink soba and sake, so I went into the restaurant. I arrived around 6:30pm without making my usual reservation, but it was pretty empty except for one group of customers. We started with the Hakushu Highball, and the shungiku ohitashi that came with it was sweet and complemented the Hakushu Highball. The wasabi dressing with pickled Chinese cabbage was covered with white wasabi like powdered cheese, and the kelp was hidden beneath the pickled Chinese cabbage, so I thought it would go well with sake. I immediately ordered a barrel sake from Tsuruyo. I also ordered the usual wasa. Tsuruei was familiar with the wasabi and pickled Chinese cabbage, and was able to savor the bliss. The Kakurei barrel sake was also very tasty. I was satisfied with the delicious fried tofu that I ordered earlier and the soup was soaked into the bean paste. Before we knew it, at 7pm, the seats were filled with customers. Even a single woman can enjoy it at the counter without any worries. Around that time, I ordered a bottle of soba shochu and drank it with soba hot water. Tempura and batter are well-cooked, the ingredients are fluffy, and the flavors of the ingredients such as maitake mushrooms, eggplant, shrimp, and Brussels sprouts are clearly noticeable, making it a satisfying dish. The soba shochu mixed with soba hot water was not addictive and the drink went well. I ended the meal with duck tsukemen, and as always, I was able to enjoy a satisfying moment.
