lunchに伺いました。
まず見た目にびっくりのとろろ量。
上だけで下にはつゆ‥いいえ。全てだしつゆで
わったとろろがまとってます笑
それだけでびっくりです笑
少し、とろろのザラつきが気になりますが
青のりがものすごく鮮やかで香りが良かったです。
そばは‥ううん。ちょっと茹で切れてない感じ。
表面は滑らか（とろろでなのかはよもやわかりません笑）なのですが、歯に触ると粉もろさを感じました。
手打ちそばらしいので、期待高の分、少々残念。
