この時間になると飲み屋の明かりばかりですね
晩飯が食べたいんだけどと思い歩いていると
中華ですか、いいですねここにしましょう。
階段を2回に上がりドアを開けると先客は1組
テーブルに座りメニューを開けると
酢豚や麻婆豆腐などの
お馴染みのメニューもありますが
多くは聞きなれないメニューです。
現地の人が作っているのでしょう
冒険はせずに麻婆豆腐と五目炒飯にしました
店員さんは中国人ですが凄く丁寧な対応
麻婆豆腐が最初に出てきます
黒っぽい香辛料が振りかけられていて
かなり刺激が強そうな見た目
しかし実際食べてみると
心配していた程でも有りません
最近の四川風の担々麺や、麻婆豆腐と比べると
刺激は弱めですが、
私には丁度良い辛さに適度の痺れ、
この方が山椒の香りが楽しめていいです
挽肉は粗めですが現地風の味付けがしてあります
あまり日本の中華屋さんではない香りがします
お豆腐は絹ごし、汁の割合が少ないと言うか
お豆腐たっぷりの、ほぼほぼお豆腐。
最初はお肉の量が少ないかなと思いましたが
お肉に強目の味付けがされてあるので
バランス的には全然OK
お肉とお豆腐、辛さと痺れがうまく絡み合い
これは中々侮れない麻婆豆腐ですよ。
炒飯の具はレタスに焼豚、コーン、人参
玉子、刻み葱、
焼豚は2種あって干し肉というか
サラミのような塩味の効いたのと
柔らかくて味があまり濃くない奴
パラパラ炒飯じゃーないですか。
味付けは最初はちょっと薄いかなと思い
途中で卓上の醤油と胡椒で
味変しようかと考えながら食べていたのですが
サラミのようなお肉に塩味が効いているので
このままでも問題無く食べ進められます
具のコーンはちょっとどうかなと思いますが
味はとってもいいです。
化調が多そうですが、
まあ美味しければ良しという事で。
この出来だと他のメニューも
きっと美味しいに違いありません
また試しに来たいですね
