前回どら焼きを食べたので、今回は他のものも食べてみた。
栗もなか
餡子強めでシャリシャリした部分がり、栗は多めで存在感少なめ。
小倉もなか
餡子強め、皮の存在感少なめ
栗饅頭
餡子強めで、栗多めで存在感少なめ。
大判どら焼き
前回より皮にハチミツを感じた気がした。
全体的に餡子に特化している気がする。
栗や皮などは餡子に添えるだけ。
安西先生を思い出させるような和菓子たちだった。
