平日しかゲット出来ない、絶品どら焼きで知られる清寿軒です。
1861年創業で現在は7代目の方が伝統を受け継ぎ、暖簾を守り続けています。12時には売り切れてしまう程の人気ぶりを誇っており、珠玉のどら焼きと呼ぶに相応しいでしょう。この日到着した時も行列という程ではありませんが、客足は途絶える気配はなく、どんどん売られていく感じです。
栗まんじゅうは既に完売。目的のどら焼きは大判と小判の2種類を1個ずつ購入。
通常のどら焼きと同じで2枚の生地で餡子を挟んだ大判、1枚の生地で餡子を包んだ小判。ふんわりとしてしっとり感もある香ばしい生地、これに粒々感抜群の極上の甘さが際立つ餡子。大判にもぎっしりですが、小判も分厚いくらいにぎっしり詰まってます。小判も大判と同じくらいの大きさではないでしょうか！？
幸せを感じる美味しさです！！
