小さなお店で一度に4枚までしか入れないが、パンの種類は豊富だ。もちもち系が得意そう。リュスティックや食パン、チャバタ、惣菜系や甘いのも揃っている。お土産用焼き菓子もある。
今回購入品
・ドライトマトの入ったパン
思ったよりドライトマトがたくさん入っていて豪華だった。
・くるみの入ったチャバタ
もっちもちチャバタにごろごろくるみ。初めての組み合わせだったかも!
・黒豆の入ったパン
黒豆がちゃんと豆感があってほっくり。甘すぎない。
・バゲット
もちもち系で香りと味がしっかり。クラストは硬くない。バゲットマニアには物足りないかも。
