在宅勤務の昼飯。
ちょっとこの後の予定を思うに、肉を入れておこうかという気になった。
ピークを越えた感じはあるものの、まだまだ日向を歩けば長距離歩こうという気の失せる暑さ。外に出てみれば、やはり近場で、、、となり、夜に以前使ったことはあるものの、昼に使う機会は無く過ぎていたこの店を使うことに。
11:30少し前に着いたが、OPENの札がかけてあった。
ハンバーグにも一瞬ぐらついたが、〈焼肉定食〉1,800円。K点越えだが仕方ない。
サラダ、漬物とピリ辛な牛蒡のサイドがセットされ、肉の準備ができるのと前後してライスと味噌汁。
2種の部位で、焼きながらいただく。味はけして悪くないし万事ソツがなく、味の面で変に文句をつける筋合いのものではないのだが、カタチを整えることに終始し、「ビジネスとしてやってます」的な熱量の乏しい感じが何とも。ビジネスと割り切って経営すること自体は悪いことでもなんでもないが、熱狂的にここを支持して使い倒しますと言うような店ではないかなぁ。
その辺は中の設えにも現れていて、お金をかけたシャレた感じに調えてはいるものの、オーパス・ワンの空き瓶並べてみたり、「よくわからない（し、理解しようという気もない）けど、とりあえず美味しい（高い）ワイン並べてみました」感があってイマイチ成金趣味が否めず。
