衝撃のコスパで予約困難店間近
一月以上前に予約を入れたのですが、20時半からか20時までかの二部制で18時の予約で伺いました。
いつ行っても清潔感あふれるお店で、居心地が良いです。
大将が辰年生まれという事で、昇龍の掛け軸が飾ってあります。
店員さんは皆、愛想が良く、こちらも凄く幸せな気分になります。
よしたけ譲りの手抜きをしない職人技で、一貫ごとに気分も高揚します。
お会計を見ても嬉しくさせてくれる最強のコスパは、大将の成る可く多くの人に味わってもらえる店を具現化していると思います。

いつ行っても素晴らしい至福の時を提供してくれる店です。前回と比較し、漬けに使う醤油が濃口醤油になったのか、キレが良くなっていた分、塩分を強く感じました。煮切りも甘いものから、ネタの味を邪魔しない洗練されたものになったと思います。まだまだ進化し続ける木村さんのお寿司は通って食べ続けたいです。
大切な人も、味にうるさい人もお連れ出来る素敵なお鮨屋さんです。
ミシュラン三つ星店の銀座よしたけで修行した店主の木村浩司さん。彼がNYの寿司田の店長をしていた頃からの知合いです。今回、晴れて独立されたという事で、家内と訪問。素晴らしい総木曽檜のカウンターは付け台まで一枚のヒノキで出来ていますが、店主自らが木場まで行って、選んだ品物。

My Tabelog score is going up, so it's important to make reservations early. A Sushi that is worth it. The sushi is delicious, but the humanity of the chef, Mr. Kimura, is wonderful. When it comes to a popular restaurant like this, they have two rotations to focus on sales, so reservations are made at 6pm for the first rotation and at 8pm for the second rotation, but we thought it would be a shame if customers were not busy eating their sushi, so we made reservations in advance. If this is not included, customers are free to decide when to enter the store. So there is a possibility of making a reservation at 7pm. Today's Sushi is as follows. Sweet sea bream, sweet shrimp kombu-jime (carefully done), soft-boiled octopus, salt-grilled cutlassfish, yellowfin tuna, pickled Oma bluefin tuna, cherry blossom trout from Aomori, where the general is from, pickled Oma bluefin tuna toro (like aged sushi), sardines (fatty tuna) ) Perilla Gari Sesame Cucumber Rolls (with a chopstick rest) Tiger Prawns Miso Soup Tiger Prawn Head Bafun Uni and Shiuruni Gunkan Maki (the sweetness of the sea urchin stands out) Gyoku (not too sweet, a Sweets for adults) As expected. This quality at this price is unbelievable! I will visit again.
