牛タンといえば仙台。
仙台といえば青葉通りのけやき並木。
つまり、牛タンといえばけやき。
仙台らしい厚めのカットが嬉しいですね。薄いタンでネギ塩を巻いて食べるのも好きですが、切り込みをいれた厚めのタンは食べてるなーって感じがして好きです。牛タンはもちろん美味しいんですご、個人的にはここの海鮮アヒージョが絶品。アスパラやパプリカなんかも入っていて、スキレットを網の上にのせて食べ頃を待つ。
焼肉は当然ですが、是非ともアヒージョおすすめ。
