20時過ぎ。
仕事終わりに数人でお邪魔しました。
最近オープンしたばかりのお店です。
店内は8割くらい埋ってたかな？
外から見たよりも落ち着いた印象。
ですが店員さんは明るくアットホームな雰囲気です。
まずはビールで乾杯
お酒はそこまで種類は多くないですが、こだわっている様子は感じられます。
チェイサーがウコン入りのお水なのが嬉しい。
お店の優しさだそうです。(笑)
お通しはさっぱりオニオンサラダ。
(後で知ったのですが)佐賀が玉ねぎ生産量全国2位だそうで、特産を活かしたお通しみたいですね。
さてまず注文したのは温ポテトサラダ
店員さんがホクホクのじゃがいもをテーブルで潰しながら混ぜて作ってくれます。
お薦めのレバテキ・鶏シュウマイ・タッカンマリ鍋。
どれも美味しかったけど、なかでも美味しかったのはタッカンマリ鍋。
まるごとの鶏とたっぷりの玉ねぎ。
旨味の塊です！！！
正直鍋が来たときは丸鶏のインパクトがありつつも、取り分けるの面倒だなと思ってたのですが…
店員さんがこまめに火加減を面倒見て下さり、丸鶏も火が通るとその場で部位を説明しながら丁寧にカットして分けて下さいました。
美味しさ倍増！！
締めの雑炊まで一滴残さず頂きました(*^^*)
しいて言うなら焼き鳥はもう少ししっかり火が入っていると嬉しいかなぁ。
好みだとは思いますが。
鳥自体はとっても美味しかったです。
佐賀にこだわった鶏料理。
お店も大衆っぽさはありますが落ち着いているので、話もしやすいです。
何より店員さんの気遣いとおもてなし((*´-`)
