炭火で転がし、余分な油を落としたオリジナル天ぷら
平日ランチに伺いました。
【炭焼き天ぷら】というオリジナルな天ぷらを提供されるお店です。
見た目は天ぷらというより、竜田揚げ。
天ぷらのサクサク衣を想像すると
実物とのギャップに驚きます。
タネを油で揚げた後、炭火で転がし、余分な油を取るという
ヘルシーな製法❣️
しかも火の通り加減がよく、美味しいです。
こちらのお店は素材にもこだわり
全国の美味しい食材を取り寄せていました。
ご飯がおかわり自由なのもいいですね❣️
ただおかずが足りないです！
品数あれど、メインが小さいので、全くお腹にたまらない。
酒のあてならいいですけど。
それに、ご飯をおかわりしてお腹いっぱいにはしたくないのです。できれば糖質制限したいのです！
個人的には再訪はありませんが、
オリジナル天ぷらを1300円で体験すると考えればありかもです。

二度目の訪問で1500円ランチをいただきました。こちらのお店の売りは、揚げた天ぷらを炭火焼きにして油を落として仕上げることです。サツマイモの皮まで美味しくなっていました。これ以外にたくさんの小鉢。ご飯はおかわりできます。身体にいいランチをいただきました。ご馳走様でした。
