■概要
馬喰横山・小伝馬町エリアにあるビストロ兼ワインバーのお店。
ビルの2Fに位置し、店内は広々したテーブル席とカウンター席があります。
ワインを売りにしているお店ですが、夜の時間帯でも定食を提供しており、ドリンクなしでの利用も可能なようです。
■メニュー
今回はノンアルでの利用。
夜の定食メニューは5種類ありますが、定食メニュー以外にもフードメニューの単品オーダーが可能なようです。
今回注文したのは、黒板メニューの中で気になったニボバター（1,100円）
麺は大盛りにてお願いしました。
■感想
オーダーから7,8分ほどでパスタが登場。
想像よりも遥かに麺が太く、茹で時間がかかりそうな印象です。
麺は硬めに茹でられていて、個人的に好みの食感。
お料理名からもわかる通り、煮干しの香りとバターのコクがうまく調和した、センスを感じる一品です。
味付けも濃すぎず、ワインのおつまみとしても主食としても、どちらでも頂けそう絶妙なラインを行っています。
今回はノンアルでの利用でしたが、次回はワインなどと一緒に色々なお料理を試してみたいと思います。
