Fricassee is apparently something like a cream stew in Japan. The set comes with soup. It's probably consommé... It doesn't have any toppings, but it's nice in the cold winter! It doesn't have a strong taste so it's easy to drink! The salad had lots of fresh vegetables and was delicious! I like that it's not just lettuce. The fricassee was delicious with a gentle flavor. The ratio with the rice was a little weird, so I think I would like a little more roux... Recommended for a healthy lunch full of vegetables!
