馬喰町ランチ。
ブックマークはしていたけど訪問の決め手がなく幾度となく店前をスルーしてたけど、ふと足を止めてみた。
ん？東日本橋の人気店監修の汁無し坦々麺だと？！
え、あそこ以外に坦々麺の店なんてあったっけ？
気になって入ってみた。店は小ぶり。12時は過ぎてたけど席は空いていたのでサッと座ってもう一度メニューを眺める。
んー、近い席の人は坦々麺食べてないから確認できないけど、どこの坦々麺か確認したいので迷わず注文。
で、出たーーー！
汁無し坦々麺はこれしか認めません！でお馴染みのあの店のじゃんw
あの店同様、下からよくかき混ぜて食べてくださいとの事。あの店と違って紙エプロンは出てこないので注意深く食す。
んーー。一緒。笑
全く一緒かというと、まぁ細かい部分はなんとなく本家の方が良いなと思うこともあるけど、比べようという意識を取り払うとあの店と一緒。
えー。これっていいの？まぁでもいいのか。監修してるんだもんね？
ここなら並ばずにささっとあの味がいただけるわけね。
初めての店でよく知る味を食す不思議。モヤっとしたまま午後の業務へ戻るのでした…。
