以前食べた馬さん餃子の姉妹店を見つけて来店。
扉が空いており、広ーいスペースで、
スタッフの方たちもマスクをし、
店内も消毒されているので、
このようなご時世では安心してご飯が食べられます。
今回は餃子の試食会をやっているとのことで、
名物餃子をメインで食することに。
鉄板大餃子と、バナナ餃子の2パターン。
見た目でインパクトがあり、かなり美味しそうな鉄板で焼けているジューという音。素晴らしいですね。
中身は、野菜メインと肉メインの大餃子。
1個あたりが普通の餃子の2倍はあるかと。
鉄板の餃子でもここまで大きい鉄板大餃子は珍しい！
外はカリッと、中はふわっと！
この餃子の美味しい2原則がしっかりと守られており、
しかもボリュームがかなりある。
これこそ餃子の名店ですね。
また、麻婆豆腐が2種類ありましたが、
私たちは四川麻婆豆腐をオーダー。
私個人的には辛いのが苦手ですが、この四川麻婆豆腐は止まりません。
甘さがあり、辛味もあり、山椒も程よく効いている。
辛いのか？甘いのか？と聞かれて答えるのが非常に難しい逸品です。
ただ、一つ言えるのが、辛いのが苦手な人でも、
美味しい！と言い食べ続けられる麻婆豆腐です。
最後に、坦々刀削麺をオーダー。
モチモチ刀削麺の歯応えが堪らない。
スープが濃厚で、昔ながらのラーメンです。
坦々と言いながらも、味噌ラーメンに近いです。
昔ながらの味噌ラーメンで、
麺だけモチモチの坦々刀削麺。
と言った感じでしょうか。
また、目立ちませんが、地味に挽肉が美味い。
宴会自粛などのご時世ですが、
これだけ美味しく、ボリュームがあり、コスパが良い
お店は行きたくなりますね。
また来ます。
