ご近所に新しく出来たギョーザスタンドウーロンにいってまいりました。
店内に流れるミュージックは、なんとカセットテープ。
最初ブルートゥース内蔵のラジカセなんだろうなんて思って見ていたら、スタッフの方が１５分に１回カセットテープをA面B面ひっくり返しているの見て感動すら覚えるという。
そんなノスタルジック感が味わえる餃子スタンドウーロンさんで
まずはウーロンビールと修善寺ヘレス。
どちらもジョッキで380円と良心的。
IPAビールは香りもたって美味しい。
ウーロンビールは氷入りで南の方の国のビールの飲み方っぽくて飲みやすくて良いね。
セロリの浅漬け380円
自家製でビールが進む。
千切りキャベツ430円
程よく冷えたドレッシングが独特でただもの千切りキャベツではない。
山椒軟骨揚げ480円
味付けはマイルドで山椒も香り豊かでも痺れない。
水餃子中八個750円
焼き餃子380円
皮は作りたてで餃子は包みたて。
餃子クオリティーはかなり高い。
おかわりビールはうしとらで。
水餃子はもっちもちの皮と肉汁プシャーでめちゃんこうまい。
〆はマゼソバ880円で。
よくかき混ぜていただきます。
この山椒がやっぱり良いね。
麺ももっちもちとっても美味しい。
残った肉味噌に追加でジャスミンライス大230円をチョイス。
これをドーンとかき混ぜて食べるのですが、絶品でございます。
是非これはやってもらいたいですね。
