初めて来店した、大阪焼肉ホルモンふたごさん。
メニューに記載がある〝トング〟マークはお店の方が焼いてくれます。
名物の〝はみ出るカルビ〟は予約必須で、
この日はふらっと立ち寄ったので、次回へおあずけでした。
まずはミルフィーユロース。
さっそく店員さんが焼いて下さり、
焼いてから１分以内にすぐ食べられる！ポン酢タレにつければ、さっぱりして食べ始めにも良い！
続いて、はみ出たいハラミ。
壺の中から、長いハラミをつかみ取り、ロースターへ！
良い焼き音を出しながらはみ出る部分は、折り返す。
インパクトはありますね。焼けた後も切り込みが入っているので、柔らかさを感じタレに漬け込まれ、お酒を呼びます！
黒毛和牛カイノミは両面に焼き目をサッと付けてご飯の上に乗せ、卵黄を絡めて山葵を添えてご飯をかっこむ
最高です！肉の旨味も強いですが、
卵黄がマイルドにしてくれ調和がとれました！カイノミだけでも十分美味しい
あご肉とツラミも肉の味が強く下味が丁度良い！
あごは歯ごたえもありましたが、食べているとジューシー感もあります！
上タンもサクサクとした歯切れよい食間で柔らかい。
ミノも、脂身は少なくあっさりしている。
ホソ塩は焼いていても小さくならず、プリプリで美味い！
タンだけではなく、どのお肉、内臓系も、臭みが全くないので、新鮮かつ仕込みを丁寧にしているのだなと思いました。
ドリンクもチンチロ対応のお酒もあり、店内も店員さんが元気に接客しているので明るい気持ちで飲食できました！
食後に、口の中の匂い消し＆消化促進の為に飲むヨーグルトのサービスがあります！
