この店の向かい側にあるお店をランチで使った際に、ああ、ここかぁ、と気が付いて、何だか並び待ちまで出来るほど繁盛していたのも見て、早速次の在宅勤務日に訪れてみた。
11:30過ぎに行ったら、さすがに誰も居なかったけれど。
メニューはわりと悩ませてくるやつで、よだれ鶏だの青椒肉絲だの、餃子もいくつか種類があるし、から揚げとのセットまである。結局、週替わりチャーハン＋餃子3個の1,160円で勝負。
この手の中華屋でよくある、チャーハンが先に出て来るやつで、餃子はいつまでたっても出て来なかったのだが…笑
このチャーハン、先に粗方作っておいて、注文が入ったら仕上げる方式。この日頼んだ〈週替わり〉はニンニクチャーハンで、中々ガッチリとニンニクの利いたパンチのある一品。ニンジンが見えた時はちょっと警戒したが、よく火が通されてチャーハンの中に同化していて、よくある「浮いた感じ」になっていないし、ミックスベジタブルを使っているわけでもなく、良心的な感じ。
そして焼き餃子も、もう少し餡に旨みがあってもとは思わなくもないけれど、自慢の品らしい中々の仕上がり。確かにこのお店は、レベルが高いな。料理の味の方は。

個人的には、盛り付けた料理の下に伝票を敷くのはやめてもらいたいのだが、、、これに気付いているのかいないのか、はたまた私が気にしすぎなのか目の錯覚なのか。他のレビューを見ても言及している人が全く居ないので、私の幻覚ということにしておこう。
