人形町★サライ気軽に本格的トルコ料理を楽しめる
トルコには1回行っただけだけど、トルコで食べると羊の油で炒めるから、匂いが独特でちょっときついと思った記憶が。
日本では日本人向けに調理されてて、どこも美味しいと思います。
サライさんも食べやすく、メニューが豊富。
本格的トルコ料理を気軽に味わえるから、好きなお店。
今回はランチでトルコ風ハンバーグ。キョフテですね♪
お皿でたっぷりな量のスープ。
腹ペコだったので、即完食。ほどなくメイン登場、こちらも野菜たっぷり、ハンバーグもいい焼き加減。
焼きたてのトルコ風パン、真ん中を開いてハンバーグと野菜を包み、添えられてた辛めのトマトソースでちょっと刺激を。
美味しい〜
トルコ行きたいと、コロナ下の今改めて思う。こちらのお店ランチ種類一杯あるけど、サバサンド大好きなんで
やってくれないかな〜

夕方18時前で、中々混んでおります。
友人はトルコ料理お初とのこと。
基本的なものをオーダーしてみました。
・フムス
・ほうれん草とひき肉のヨーグルトソース
・タコ炒め
・ビーフとチキンのミックスケバブ
残念ながら、トルコ語の料理名は覚えられません。
前菜でなく、ケバブが最初にきました～
お腹ペコペコだったから、いいか。
エキメックを開いて、色々詰め込む。
何でもいける！
一気に食す。
ごちそうさまでした。
ホールのトルコ人のオジサマ、フレンドリーです。
