今日は友人と一緒に、人形町の隠れ家的なトルコ料理店にランチに行ってきました。お店の雰囲気は青い壁で本当にエキゾチックで、トルコらしい風情が漂っています。メニューを見ながら、トルコ料理にわくわくしています。
注文したのは、人気のケバブランチの中から、ミックスイスケンデルケバブランチです。セットにはスープとパンもついていて、とてもボリューミーです。待つ間に、スープが出てきました。レンズ豆とブロッコリーのスープは、つぶつぶした具がたっぷりで、温かくて心地よいです。
そして待ちに待ったメインディッシュの登場です。ミックスイスケンデルケバブは、チキンとビーフのケバブにトマトとヨーグルトのソースがかかっています。ケバブはトマトソースの香りが豊かで、辛さはゼロ。ヨーグルトソースとの相性も抜群で、絶妙なバランスです。そして、パンはチャパティに近い薄焼きのトルコのパンで、ケバブと一緒にいただくとさらに美味しいです。
セットには、サラダとミニライス、フライドポテトもついています。量もたっぷりで、大満足です。そして、セモリナ粉のデザートは、トルコ人のお兄さん店員さんからのサービスでいただきました。甘さ控えめで上品な味わいで、紅茶との相性も抜群です。
トルコ紅茶は本当に美味しくて、口に含むとほのかな甘みとスパイスの風味が広がります。甘味が魅惑的な味わいでしっかりとした味わいでありながら、後味はすっきりとしています。紅茶の味わいが本当に素晴らしく、これをいただくためまた明日にでも来店したくなるほどでした。
料理も紅茶も本場の味を堪能できる、贅沢なランチでした。お店の雰囲気も素敵で、トルコ料理の魅力を存分に味わうことができました。
