まずスープを飲むと生姜の香りがとてもきいています。
麺は細麺を選択しました。
チャーシューをめくるとたまごも隠れています。
ごはんも土鍋で炊かれていてお米がしっかりと感じられ、お肉は唇で噛み切れるくらい柔らかかったです。
店員さんも優しくて笑顔でかっこいい方でした。
