人形町駅A5出口の真横。屋号の「駄目な隣人」はインパクトがある。ZOTという会社の業態の一つで「餃子スタンドウーロン」等も人気。
JAZZが流れていてコンクリート打ちっぱなしがオシャレな店内。昼はかなり行列だそうですが、20時に行ったら待ちなしで入店できた。
麺は特注の全粒粉、なめらかな口当たりのスープは生姜のコンフィからつくったオイルを使用。
チャーシューはロースやらバラのミックス。
すき焼きご飯も有名ですが、糖質取り過ぎを気にして今回は断念。人気の理由がわかります。
