ランチタイムは大体行列で、なかなか
訪れられなかったのですが、たまたま
ずらした時間でランチタイムが取れたので
行ってみました。
店内はラーメン屋さんらしからぬ洒落た感じ。
噂の通り、無料提供される卵が山盛りに
陳列されてます。
regularという1番スタンダードなラーメンを
注文しました。
提供されると同時に、ふんわり生姜の香り。
少し甘めの醤油スープを一口。
とても上品なお味です。
生卵を入れようかなと思いましたが、冷めてしまうのが嫌なので遠慮しました。
麺は滑らかつるつるです。
海苔と食べると美味しいです。
途中、胡椒を振ってみます。
キリッとしまって美味しいです。
さらに、ニラ胡椒を足してみますと
かなりの味変になり、パンチの効いた
別物のラーメンに変化。
味変がないと飽きてしまいそうだけど
色々な味が楽しめるのは高評価の
一因なのかな、と思います。
鰹節は入れなくてもいいかな。
