平日21時前の往訪。ちょうど満席だったため待っている間に病院の問診票のような紙に注文を書いて待っていると5分程で入店できました。
レギュラーの生姜醤油ラーメンと焼きすきご飯を注文しました。
事前に調べていた通り卓上の生卵や海苔が使い放題なのですが、それらも含めて調味料は無限にお使いくださいと記載された紙が掲示されています。
そのように書いていただけると気兼ねなく使うことができるため嬉しいですね！
ラーメンは見た目は澄んだ醤油ラーメンなのですが
しっかりと生姜の風味が感じられ、だんだん薄まっていった印象だったのでオイルに生姜が使われているのかな？
焼きすきご飯も合わせて卓上の調味料で味変をしつつ美味しくいただきました。
