飲んだ後の禁断の一杯です。初訪問。８時過ぎだったかな、並ばず入れました。綺麗な店内、高い椅子、音楽、まるでバーみたいです。席に着くと、紙が置いてあって、選ぶルールのよう。食券機なし。店員さんが確認して、最初に精算します。すき焼きご飯付き推しの注文票ですが、味玉つきラーメンをチョイスしました。
しばらくして、やってきたラーメンは綺麗なビジュアル。スープをすすると、生姜がガツンと。飲んだ身体が引き締まる感じ。。細麺にしましたが、しっかりした感じの歯応え。生姜が効きすぎでしたので、思い切って、ニラ胡椒を投入。辛っ。辛いの苦手なのに、酔ってるせいで強気です。生卵入れて、中和しました。結果、かなり違うラーメンになったかな。チャーシューが美味しい。いろいろ置いてあって、アレンジ出来るのは楽しいね。
