東南アジア系の店に来た雰囲気がなんとなく店内に漂っています。生卵、海苔食べ放題。そして変わった薬味。このニラの薬味、ちょっと食べてみるとけっこう辛い！ちなみに同行者は東京駅前の姉妹店に行ったことがあるそうでここも同じシステムだったそう。
店員さんにすき焼きご飯をオススメされましたが今回はラーメン一本で行かせていただきます。
⭐️特製ラーメン 太麺 大盛り
ラーメンは細麺も選べましたが太麺が好きなのでこちらを選択。大盛りは無料です。生卵がカウンターに山積みになっているので一個トッピング。ちなみに煮卵はチャーシューの下に潜んでいます。
まずスープ。生姜の香りがする醤油ラーメン。麺には何か練り込んであります。なんとなくクセがあって普通のラーメンと違います。好き嫌いが分かれる味かもしれません。ハマる人はハマるのか？ご馳走様でした。
