都営新宿線 馬喰横山駅、総武快速線 馬喰町駅、都営浅草線 東日本橋駅A1出口。
横山町大通りの『杉本ビル』1Fにある「餃子工房」を訪問した。
「餃子工房」の営業時間は【月～金】11:00～15:00/17:00～23:00【土日祝】11:00～15:00/17:00～22:00で不定休となる。
支払い方法は現金、QRコード決済の取り扱いとなり、壁が白、テーブルは木材、ソファー席のとても清潔感あるお店で席数は32席、BGMはなかった。
今回は“元祖野菜餃子”の8ヶ、“ホイコーロー”と“ライス”大盛を発注した。
“元祖野菜餃子”は8ヶ、12ヶ、16ヶと選べ、皮は薄めでパリッと焼けており、野菜が多めであった。
“ホイコーロー”が旨すぎた。
このピリ辛ダレがご飯との相性が抜群で、ついつい“ご飯”のおかわりを所望してしまった程、絶品すぎた。
