青森ネギラーメン×アリラン×二郎という3種のハイブリッドらーめん。 |
スタミナという言葉に誘われて、
遅めのランチで13時を回ったころに訪問。
それでも、店の外には３人の客。
20分ぐらい列が動かなかったので、
拉麺の量が多く食べるのに時間がかかる店。と推測しながら20分待機。
ようやく列が動き並び始めて30分強ぐらいで入店
特製スタミナ中華のセットを注文し、
着丼後、おすすめの食べ方の通りにいただきます。
卵もご飯もモツもチャーシューもスープもあるので、
味変し放題です。
味は辛いかなと思いつつ、辛みはなく、モツはプルプルで旨味がギュッとしています。
本来は〆のためにご飯は残しておくのでしょうが、
卵につけ麺よろしく少し麺を浸して堪能した後は、
卵かけごはんにスープをかけ、モツを入れ掻き込む。これ至福。
を、麺を食べる間に実行して、ご飯は早めに消失してしまいました。
元気が出るようなスープ、
スタミナとは何か、、、、辞書にも答えは出ていないようですが、
食べて元気がなるスタミナ拉麺。
スタミナの一つの答えが凝縮された一杯に思います。
